Tropic House is a single-level property with a unique layout that features 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, each with its own wing for privacy and convenience. The primary suite has a king size bed and a dual-sided bathroom suite. It also has direct access to the Lanai with a heated saltwater pool. The second bedroom has a king bed and triple bunk beds (bunk bed and trundle) and a private bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom with a shower/tub across the hall with access to the pool. The home also has a large family-style kitchen with tons of counter space, a dining room and living room that both open to the Lanai, high-speed Internet, and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Outside the large Lanai is surrounded by lush tropical foliage on over an acre for privacy! You can relax by the heated pool, enjoy the shade under the umbrella, sun on the loungers, have a meal at the table and chairs or use the outdoor shower. You can also visit the pond, sit on the small deck and watch the turtles, lizards, frogs and other wildlife or find a quiet spot under the Old Oak Tree to listen to the birds.
