Palma Sola Harbour is located in the 9400 Block of Cortez Road and is approximately 4 miles to the beach. It consists of 181 waterfront homes. There are no age restrictions and 2 pets are allowed. The community has two swimming pools with the main pool at the Clubhouse iheated.. There is also tennis courts and exercise room. Most of the residences are attached villas with one-car carports. 30 day minimum stay requirement. No Smoking. Living/Dining combination, family room, eat-in kitchen, inside utility with washer/dryer. Queen size beds in both bedrooms. Open patio and private boat dock. Summer rates vary depending on length of stay. Rates are based on 2-person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit for a period of longer than 7 days may be considered additional occupants are are subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by Association rules and regulations. Your rental Agent must be advised at all times of any additional occupants and dates they are in the unit. Rates shown are base rents that include utilities.
