Beach supplies are provided for up to four guests. Chairs, umbrella, cooler, bogg bag and beach buggy. Also, if needed there is a Pac-N-Play, small highchair, umbrella stroller, a child size life jacket and puddle jumper.

There is a free trolley bus stop in front of the complex and walking distance to many restaurants. Most importantly, you will experience the most amazing sunsets and sunrises and we think you will agree with why we call it "Our Happy Place".

Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, pickleball, fitness center, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included.

As of 07/20/2026 ~ Tennis, pickleball courts, shuffleboard, dock, pool, pool restrooms and laundry facilities and workout room are now available.

7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

Rates shown are base rents including utilities. Additional fees include departure cleaning fee, booking fee, sales and resort taxes and security deposit. Travel Insurance is available.
