Amenities include: Largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, , pickleball, BBQ grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Basic cable and WIFI internet access are included. 7 days minimum stay with monthly rates available.

1 small pet 25lb or less.

This unit has the following: 6 beach chairs, umbrellas, beach buggy, cooler, boogie boards, beach toys and a small portable charcoal grill.
