There is an open and spacious kitchen with a large bar area so the chef in your life can still be part of the group while cooking up your fresh catch right from the boat dock. A large screened balcony off the master bedroom and main living area will supply you with quiet down time and morning sunrises. There is also a spiral staircase off the balcony for convenient access to the crystal clean, heated swimming pool. The guest bedroom also has a screened balcony that overlooks the beach and nightly, colorful sunsets.

Prices shown are based on 4 person occupancy. Additional persons staying in the unit may be considered additional occupants and subject to additional rental fees being charged and/or application and approval process if the community is governed by association rules and regulations.
