The third floor, like the second floor can be accessed by the stairs or the elevator. The second and third floors are separately cooled and the stairwell upstairs is glassed in with a door leading to the stairs.

Once upstairs you will be introduced to the next bedroom, Master suite and bonus bunk room. Each bedroom has its own bath and king size beds. The master ensuite has a state of the art bath and shower, dual sinks and features that give it the extra "WOW" factor. The master bedroom also has a flat screen TV. The views from the two bedrooms are fabulous and second to none! There is a balcony that overlooks the Tampa Bay and Sunshine Skyway Bridge. You can see for miles.

Finally, we reach the roof top sundeck where you really can see for miles as well as having a birds eye view of the surrounding neighborhood. The breeze from up top is as amazing as the 360 degree views.

This state of the art home is within walking distance to the Post Office, Pine Avenue shops and restaurants, the Rod and Reel Pier, the Anna Maria City Pier. Roser Church and the highly sought "Bean Point."
